Lukoil Craft-Bamboo Racing scored the hard-fought double podium while in round two of the TCR Foreign Series competition around Bahrain that allowed them to consider the overall lead while in the teams’ championship. Hugo Valente was he of the weekend, choosing podiums in both races in his first time at the Sakhir Rounds.

A strong qualifying session allowed the Frenchman to begin P2 in race just one where he would travel a faultless time to claim second location. It was his rush two performance that is most spectacular while, taking six locations to finish once again within P2. His results would probably catapult him through 13th in the drivers’ world-class up to sixth position where he is now firmly in the going for the title.

James Nash stood a strong weekend during the points, finishing competition one in P7 after some huge battles before going up on score his initial podium of the season inside race two following starting from fourth for the grid. Nash now sits eighth in the standings and has succesfully gotten his / her championship campaign underway.

Pepe Oriola had a challenging saturday and sunday in Bahrain, the two-time champ did a fantastic job to address back from P12 around the grid and finish P6 throughout race one and also P7 in race not one but two. His performance made possible him to take property valuable points who have kept him on the sharp end from the drivers’ standings where lucrative sits in 4 . place.
